Welcome to The Big Sky Classic.

We are a Hunter/Jumper Horse Show Series located in beautiful Bozeman, Montana. We host a number of horse shows every summer right in Bozeman, where we offer classes in both Hunter and Jumper disciplines, ranging from poles on the ground to 1.20m.

Why was the Big Sky Classic Series created?

We created the Big Sky Classic Series after noticing a lack of good quality, educational horse shows throughout the state. We feel very passionately about guiding riders through the ranks of showing, giving them great basics so they can learn to succeed in the higher levels. Our shows started as simple one day shows and have grown to full blown, 3-day shows, with rated Judges. Over the years we have also connected ourselves with the Montana Hunter Jumper Association and the Yellowstone Hunter Jumper Association to give horse and rider combinations the chance to qualify for the finals in Marshall & Sterling Insurance/USHJA National Championships in Las Vegas at the end of every year.

We look forward to the 2024 season, and hope to meet you at one of our shows!
